Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order included free shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot offer refunds if an incorrect address was provided during the order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact.
